HISTORY

In the Summer of 2005, a group of Nigerians residing in Reading, Pennsylvania decided to form the Nigerian Association of Reading and Berks County [NARBC]. The goal was simple:[1] The NARBC will serve as a forum to bring Nigerians together, and serve as a source of support and resource for each other. [2] The NARBC will promote social, cultural, and professional awareness among Nigerians and the general community.
